Xeroflor Canada becomes Next Level Stormwater Management, expands products

by Brianna Crandall — February 27, 2017 — Of interest to facilities managers seeking solutions to better manage stormwater, Xeroflor Canada, a provider of vegetated roofing technologies and services, is changing its name to Next Level Stormwater Management to reflect the company’s product expansion and expertise in driving the innovations increasingly needed for stormwater management.

Next Level Stormwater Management is the exclusive supplier of Xeroflor vegetated roofing systems across Canada. The company offers a variety of stormwater management solutions that it says lead the industry in performance and engineering.

Richard Aronson, general manager of Next Level Stormwater Management, stated:

The new name, Next Level Stormwater Management, allows us to emphasize our wide-ranging business objective around increasing access to a broader range of rooftop stormwater management solutions, improving quality and keeping costs in check. With deep roots in innovative vegetated roofing solutions, we are committed to delivering breakthrough products and services that will help achieve much-needed stormwater solutions.

In addition to the company’s original Xeroflor family of pre-vegetated systems that it says have been leading the industry since 1972, Next Level Stormwater Management offers a range of stormwater retention and detention products, including: StormCap pre-grown vegetated systems, BioPocket biodiversity accents, all-in-one systems, SpongePaver absorbent pavers, and high water-retaining engineered blankets and growing mixes.

The Xeroflor system has been tested to CAN/CSA A 123.24 Canadian Standard Test Method for Wind Resistance. Testing on other products listed above are currently underway.

The company has supplied and overseen landmark installations from Victoria, BC, to Halifax, NS, including the Seaforth Armory in Vancouver, BC, and Sherway Gardens in Toronto, ON, as well as many others.

The new name is effective immediately, and will be implemented across the company’s product and services. See the Next Level Stormwater Management Web site for more information.
