The Originators of FMLink

Peter S. Kimmel, AIA, IFMA Fellow, is the Publisher of FMLink and was the president of Peter S. Kimmel & Associates, an internationally recognized facilities management consulting firm. He is especially well-known for his work in computer-aided facilities management systems and establishing models for strategic facilities planning. He also is a two-time winner of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Distinguished Author award. He has actively practiced facilities management for over 20 years. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and has published articles in most leading magazines in the field. He also served as a Contributing Editor to "Facilities Design & Management" magazine.

Lawrence W. Vanderburgh is a recognized FM teacher, writer and consultant, and assisted in the development of FMLink. He has been one of the primary certification instructors for the BOMI Institute. He also has been in active FM practice for over 20 years, in both the government and private sectors, and has earned both the Certified Facility Manager designation from IFMA and the BOMI Facilities Management Administrator designation.
