FACILITIES MANAGEMENT RESOURCES
LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES
Facilities Management Links
FMLink has prepared this list of web sites to enrich the resources found at our site. We suggest
you check this list periodically, since new Web sites are added to the Internet every day,
and
many of these are of interest to facilities managers.
This module is intended for non-profit and institutional sites, or for commercial sites that
are
predominantly informational in nature. Commercial sites listed in the Marketplace
module.
Unless otherwise noted, access to these sites is through the World Wide Web, as indicated
by
addresses that begin http://.... Telnet is an Internet protocol that enables you to use a
computer
at
a remote location as if it were on your own desk. It is used extensively for tasks such as
searching library card catalogues. Gopher is an Internet protocol that arranges a site's files
and
other resources in layers of directories. It is very easy to use.
Web sites are arranged in the following categories. Click on the one you're interested
in. These links are being checked on a regular basis, but if you find any that no longer
work, please let us know at info@fmlink.com.
