Battery-powered micro scrubber by Nilfisk’s Clarke reaches tight spaces

by Brianna Crandall — November 7, 2016 — Clarke, a U.S.-based provider of commercial floor cleaning solutions and a brand of global professional cleaning equipment manufacturer Nilfisk, recently introduced the Clarke MA30 13B Battery Micro Scrubber. Designed to be compact, lightweight and easy to use, the MA30 joins the MA10 12E Upright Micro Scrubber that was launched in early 2016.  Clarke micro scrubbers make cleaning small, tight spaces quick, easy, and more effective than using a mop and bucket, says the company.

Jim Jarman, vice president of Marketing with Nilfisk, U.S. Floor Care, said:

With the MA10 and MA30 13B, operators can get floors cleaner than with a mop and bucket, and they can get them cleaner faster. Both scrubbers are ideal for those hard-to-reach spaces like corners and under stairs and furniture as well as entryways or small lobbies, and they make cleaning much more comfortable and enjoyable.

The MA10 is a 12-inch cylindrical, cord-electric upright scrubber that features single-pass scrub-and-dry performance to make cleaning faster and easier, and a solution tank that dispenses only clean solution to prevent spreading dirt around. The MA10 Complete also includes an off-aisle hose-and-wand kit and carpet care kit for added flexibility.

The MA30 is a 14-inch cylindrical, lithium-battery micro scrubber that boasts a 40-minute run time for improved productivity, operates at only 66 dB A — allowing for anytime cleaning and cleaning in noise-sensitive areas — and picks up water in forward and reverse directions, keeping floors dryer and safer.

Both scrubbers feature two solution-flow settings to provide more efficient cleaning, a convenient dosing cap to regulate detergent usage and reduce costs, and a lightweight tank-in-tank design that makes emptying dirty water easier.

Clarke debuted the MA30 battery micro scrubber and showcased the MA10 upright scrubber at the ISSA/INTERCLEAN North America tradeshow and conference in Chicago October 26-28. For more information about Clarke’s autoscrubbers, visit the company’s Web site.
