This 26th major pan-European FM event convenes over 500 FM executives from all industries and nearly 40 countries in Europe and around the globe to share best practices and address the challenges faced by FMs worldwide in a rapidly changing world. The event offers educational sessions with insights from both business and research perspectives, an industry exhibition of the latest products and services, the EuroFM Awards, local study tours, and networking. The event shows how a rapidly changing world is shaping a new FM discipline. IoT, trends in technology and security, and even climate change are driving us towards an entirely new demand. But reciprocally, good FM can dramatically impact global sustainability, people’s well-being, or future urban planning, helping to create a better world. This year’s EFMC is consolidated with the EuroFM Research Symposium, creating one holistic platform for all FM researchers, practitioners and educators to share their work.
