From disaster recovery and restoration to integrated facility services, see how ISS is creating high-functioning environments for two European organizations’ facilities across 9 countries

by Brianna Crandall — July 12, 2019 — Global facility services provider ISS Group announced new outsourcing contracts in recent weeks to provide disaster recovery and restoration services to LV= insurance company in the UK, and integrated facility services to Danske Bank in nine countries, highlighting the wide range of services ISS provides to create high-functioning environments for companies around the world.

LV= insurance company

The ISS Restoration business, incorporating the Rainbow International brand, is celebrating a new contract with LV=, which is one of the United Kingdom’s largest insurance companies. The three-year contract will see ISS provide disaster recovery and restoration services to the LV= General Insurance customers following incidents of fire, flood, accidental damage and major loss events.

The ISS Restoration division manages over 30,000 property damage cases annually and prides itself on business continuity planning and full project management of insurance claims.  The partnership with LV= covers both domestic and commercial policies.

Danske Bank

ISS and Danske Bank agreed to extend their global integrated facility services agreement until late 2022. ISS has provided workplace services to Danske Bank at a global level since 2015, with a full suite of integrated facility services including food, cleaning, security, property and technical services.
