To meet your flooring project needs, find contractors, installers and more in these updated industry guides

by Brianna Crandall — September 27, 2019 — FCICA, the international Flooring Contractors Association, recently announced that it has updated two of its essential resources related to commercial flooring projects.

Commercial Flooring Resource Guide

The updated Commercial Flooring Resource Guide, hosted on FCICA’s website, is said to be a powerful tool to locate contractors, installers, distributors, industry consultants and manufacturers that meet the user’s project needs.

Flooring industry professionals, architects, and consumers and specifiers can utilize the online guide to find contractors and installers by project type and flooring products installed, as well as consultants, inspectors, trainers, manufacturers and suppliers by product type.

FCICA says the Commercial Flooring Resource Guide is a comprehensive solution for project management and is open to all flooring contractors, installers, consultants, manufacturers and others who serve the flooring industry.

Technical Resource Directory

The updated Floor Covering Installation Technical Resource Directory is also available on the FCICA website.

The Technical Resource Directory serves as an invaluable resource for architects, contractors, and consultants, providing the flooring industry with direct technical support contacts, including phone numbers, websites, and email addresses for floor-covering manufacturers, distributors and consultants in one location.

The 2019 Directory will be published in Volume 15, Issue 1 of the Flooring Contractor magazine, and will be available to download as a PDF on the FCICA website at that time. Visit the website for the most up-to-date directory information.

FCICA thanks sponsors DCO Commercial Floors, Inside Edge Commercial Interior Services and Synergy Flooring.

FCICA promotes the advancement and continuous development of Certified Installation Managers (CIMs), providing technical education, business support and industry expert networking.
