See how this mobile maintenance app can help you keep building operations running smoothly

by Brianna Crandall — February 19, 2020 — FM:Systems, a US-based provider of facilities management (FM) and workplace analytics technologies used around the world, recently announced the launch of two new product offerings designed to empower maintenance supervisors and technicians to keep their facilities running smoothly and optimally.

Enhanced Maintenance Dashboards within the company’s flagship integrated workplace management system (IWMS) software platform, and fixME, a mobile maintenance application that doesn’t require continual network connectivity for critical functionality, are the latest innovations intended to ensure facilities teams have access to the information required to keep building operations running at optimal levels.

Kurt von Koch, CEO, FM:Systems, stated:

Our main goal is to help our customers identify, plan and deliver the ideal workplace for every employee. Our new solutions support this by providing robust solutions for maintenance supervisors and technicians that help them create the optimal work environment which helps to ensure occupant comfort, satisfaction and productivity.

Maintenance Dashboards and fixME work in concert to increase the efficiency and productivity of technicians, while providing supervisors with advanced reporting and visibility as to how tickets are progressing from initial open to problem resolution.

The fixME mobile app is available for Apple iOS and Google Android devices.
