The new product extends the Blue e line of air conditioners and is said to fill a void in the marketplace for outdoor-compliant enclosure climate control.

Built to moderate enclosure climate in outdoor temperatures ranging from -4 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit, the unit is designed to protect electronics and controls reliably in a variety of outdoor environments, including rain, wind, snow, ice and dust.

The Blue e unit is compatible with the award-winning Internet of Things (IoT) interface to provide network interconnectivity, and remote monitoring and control, notes the company.

Other key benefits include:

  • Eye bolt for transport and easy installation (>1000W)
  • Nano-coated condenser
  • Vandal-resistant comfort controller located inside the enclosure
  • Integrated condensate evaporator (>1000W)

The new cooling unit carries a number of approvals and ratings, including NEMA 12, NEMA 3R, NEMA 4, cULus listing, cULus FTTA, CE and EAC.
