FNT’s BPM system links data center operations to FM

by Brianna Crandall — December 7, 2016 — Data center operations often require coordination with facilities management teams for recurring maintenance and other equipment upgrades. To orchestrate such events, FNT Software, a provider of integrated software solutions for information technology (IT) management, data center infrastructure management and telecommunications infrastructure management worldwide, recently introduced the FNT ProcessEngine BPM system.

FNT ProcessEngine is touted as the first business process management (BPM) system that offers a standard integration to a comprehensive information and communications technology (ICT) management system. The enhanced BPM system is designed to improve how recurring processes are organized and orchestrated, allowing FMs to automate routine tasks and complex processes that impact the data center operations while ensuring uptime.

Through customizable dashboards, FNT ProcessEngine enables users to document all projects, gather detailed insight, and reduce risk of error. FMs can eliminate mundane tasks and focus on more strategic projects.

FNT ProcessEngine can be integrated with other third-party systems as well as FNT Software’s flagship data center infrastructure management software, FNT Command.
