These new bollard lights can help facilities owners and managers meet the need for light and safety on paths, walkways and driveways in an energy-efficient manner for such outdoor environments as corporate, educational, hospitality and healthcare campuses.
The new 10-watt, 120-volt stainless steel LED round dome top bollard with reflector (model number AF33XBOR3SSKUME) is constructed with a die-cast aluminum interior and stainless steel exterior. The stainless steel housing prevents corrosion, rust, and stains typically caused by years of exposure to the elements, explains Access Fixtures. The cast aluminum interior is designed to provide structural strength and additional heat sinking. The bollard is also CSA listed for wet locations, and vandal resistant, adds the company.

The new stainless steel bollard light is equipped with a standard reflector to help distribute the light downwards. Using only 10 watts, it maximizes light output to safely and efficiently illuminate pathways, sidewalks and parking areas, says the company. The standard reflector works to hide the light source and direct the light downward, avoiding blinding light in the eyes of passersby and drivers.
The 10w LED lamp is rated for 25,000 hours and can be easily replaced or updated as technology progresses, adds the company. With excellent color consistency and high efficacy of 48.2 mean lumens per watt, this LED bollard is marketed for commercial, municipal, residential and hospitality applications.
