by Rebecca Walker — May 8, 2009—The new Advenger AXP rider/scrubber from Advance introduces a new level of green cleaning control with its new Evergreen cleaning control system, the company says.

Designed for hospitals, schools and universities, supermarkets, shopping malls and other facilities, the Advenger AXP with Evergreen minimizes environmental impacts and cuts detergent costs in half for normal cleaning. Commonly used detergents are diluted at a ratio of 128:1 (128 parts water to 1 part detergent), which is ideal for heavily soiled floors. However, the patented Evergreen ultra-low detergent mode combines a 400:1 detergent dilution ratio with reduced solution flow for the most sensitive green cleaning applications. When greater cleaning performance is required for heavily soiled areas, the operator can easily increase the detergent ratio and solution flow rate with the press of a button.

The Advance Advenger AXP rider/scrubber with Evergreen features easy-to-use controls that minimize operator training and increase convenience. It also has an open design that allows easy access to the operator’s compartment and good sight lines to the floor. Operating at a low sound level of only 63.7 dB, the Advenger AXP is quiet enough for hospitals and daytime cleaning in occupied facilities.

The Evergreen cleaning control system on the Advenger AXP features an override button on the control panel that the operator can press when encountering heavily soiled floors. This button increases the detergent strength, solution flow and brush pressure for 60 seconds.
