by Shane Henson — August 29, 2012—Johnson Controls Global WorkPlace Solutions (GWS), provider of facilities management, corporate real estate and energy management services to many of the world’s largest companies, announced it has signed a new global contract with Agilent Technologies Inc.
Per the contract, Johnson Controls GWS will provide a range of facilities management services, including maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and advice on energy management. The company will also facilitate workplace projects and provide real estate transaction management to Agilent Technologies’ sites in 29 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA); Asia-Pacific; and the Americas.
According to Johnson Controls GWS, the contact was awarded due to its proven ability to meet the changing needs of Agilent Technologies, which it has provided facilities management services for since 2003.
