by Rebecca Walker — March 28, 2011—Alliance Environmental Group, Inc. announced it has acquired AIRTEK Indoor Air Solutions, a provider of commercial and residential HVAC/air duct cleaning.
“The addition of AIRTEK allows us to offer existing and potential customers with an even greater level of expertise in commercial duct cleaning,” said Joseph McLean, CEO of Alliance Environmental. “AIRTEK has a proven track record of high quality service and expertise in improving indoor air quality, and we are excited to welcome them into our family.”
Based in San Diego, AIRTEK has 20 years of industry experience in air duct cleaning and sanitizing; furnace and coil cleaning; dryer vent cleaning; electrostatic air filters; and kitchen exhaust cleaning.
“My team and I are thrilled to be affiliated with Alliance Environmental,” said Matt Kelly, branch manager of AIRTEK. “With their broader reach, AIRTEK will be able to provide additional air quality improvement services to our customers as well as service additional markets throughout California.”
AIRTEK will retain its brand identity and existing office in San Diego. New offices will open throughout California over the following year.
