by Jbs061909 i5 — June 22, 2009—ARCADIS, the international consultancy, design, and engineering company, through its 50 percent subsidiary ARCADIS AQUMEN Facility Management (AAFM), has signed a contract to perform FM services for energy companies Essent and Enexis in the Netherlands.
Initially, AAFM as a manager will be responsible for the integral steering of all facilities services, and support Essent and Enexis with the project management for its FM services. In due course a total integrated management solution will be developed under which AAFM will supply the full package of services.
This is the first time AAFM has signed a contract with an energy company. The contract starts immediately and is valid for a period of five years. No financial details were disclosed.
