- Brisbane region: Old Government House Conservation and Adaptation, by Conrad Gargett Architects
Gold Coast region: Varsity Lakes Rail Station, designed by Hassell Architects
- Sunshine Coast region: Peregian Beach Community House, by Sparks Architects
Darling Downs region: Ipswich Justice Precinct, by Cox Rayner Architects with ABM Architects
