- New Build Award: Rio Tinto for their Regional Centre
- Impact on Organisation and Workplace: EC Harris LLP
- Best Practice in a Fit-out Project Award: Nomura International for Nomura House, Client Conference and Executive Suite.
- Best Practice of FM in a PPP project: Cofathec (As there was only one valid entry for this specialist sector, the judges felt unable to complete the judging process but BIFM presented Cofathec with a Certificate of Recognition for their project Oldham NHS LIFT (Local Improvement Finance Trust)
- Best Article in FM Journalism: Martin Pickard for his “Dear Guru” column in FMX magazine
- Innovation New Product Award: PHS Washrooms for Flush Wiser WC Flush Control
- Innovation in Systems and Services: Sodexo for Sodexo Lab Instrument Services
- Sustainability: Interserve Defence Ltd and SEC Ltd for PriDE Goes Green
- Technology Award: RNM Systems Ltd
- Customer Service Award: Carillion Facilities Management for One Piccadilly Gardens ASBO Scheme
- Student of the Year: Joanne Ray (BIFM student)
- Communications and Marketing: Dalkia for Carbon Care and the art of the impossible
- Hays and BIFM Judges Special Recognition Award: Flood Recovery Hull
- Facilities Manager of the Year: Tricia Stanley
