by Brianna Crandall — September 9, 2020 — Bobrick Washroom Equipment just announced it has fundamentally reimagined its cubicle and toilet partition product offering, introducing the Steps to Spec process as well as a new catalog and website.
The new Steps to Spec process provides a simple, four-step methodology — systems, materials, privacy options and design options — to help architects, designers and specifiers quickly understand their choices, choose the right products and customize their designs. The Steps to Spec brochure offers an at-a-glance overview of Bobrick’s cubicle and toilet partition solutions.
Bobrick Vice President of Marketing David Leigh pointed out:
An established advantage of Bobrick cubicles and partitions is that they are made to order for every project. Our new streamlined offering and resources will transform how design professionals think about our cubicles and partitions, and ultimately, help them create smarter specifications.
Central to the overhaul are a new Cubicles & Toilet Partitions section of bobrick.com, as well as a new product catalog, which review product benefits, customization options and model numbers in detail. Both resources also showcase new product imagery, case studies, hardware details and more.
As part of the relaunch, Bobrick now offers three primary cubicle and toilet partition systems: PRIVADA Cubicles, new Evolve Cubicles and Traditional Partitions. Each system can be customized through the Steps to Spec process with a range of materials, privacy options and design options.
Leigh continued:
Our three product systems are curated based on modern design values. Privacy is more than a trend — it’s an expectation. Design professionals can now choose from PRIVADA and Evolve, which offer standard European-style privacy, and Traditional Partitions, which allow for extensive optimization of privacy and design.
PRIVADA Cubicles offer the elevated aesthetics, functionality and privacy that the most discerning restroom patrons have come to expect. PRIVADA is ideal for prestige and Class A projects.
New Evolve Cubicles, which debut with Bobrick’s product category simplification, are designed to provide exceptional durability and European-style privacy without compromising budgets. Evolve is suitable for heavy-traffic and standard-use buildings.
Traditional Partitions — which comprise classic Bobrick partitions, such as DuraLineSeries Compact Grade Laminate (CGL) and SierraSeries Solid Color Reinforced Composite (SCRC) — deliver durability with an extended range of privacy and design options for projects where budget is the overriding priority.

Accessible toilet compartment combination units
Earlier this year, Bobrick announced the release of four new accessible toilet compartment combination units developed to achieve unambiguous compliance with multiple critical building codes.
Bobrick’s B-3091, B-3092, B-30919 and B-30929 units — which combine toilet tissue dispensers, toilet seat cover dispensers and waste disposals in a single stainless steel unit — are oriented horizontally to enable maximum compliance with 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as well as 2009 and 2017 ICC A117.1 standards and the 2019 California Building Code.
