The 60-page self-study guide proves useful for an entire crisis management team by outlining key strategies for protecting property and ensuring tenant safety in emergency situations. “There has never been a bookor an effortlike this before in our industry,” says BOMA/New York President Angelo J. The publication is the result of collaboration by authors from the New York Police Department, the Fire Department of New York, the Office of Emergency Management, building owners and managers in New York City and a diverse range of preparedness professionals.
