by Brianna Crandall — August 5, 2015—Global professional services and investment management firm JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle) just announced that Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS), a global biopharmaceutical company, selected the firm to be a provider of facilities management and occupancy planning services for its 10 million-square-foot portfolio in the United States and Puerto Rico.
The agreement encompasses 16 manufacturing, laboratory, research and development (R&D) and office sites. JLL is responsible for delivering industry-leading facilities management services and effective cost management and reporting.
