- Sustainable Champion of the year – Nick Peel, Land Securities
- Sustainable Contractor of the year – Skanska
- Sustainable Designer of the year – Arup Associates
- Sustainable Client/Developer of the year – Lend Lease
- Sustainable Consultant of the year – Cundall
- Sustainable Innovation of the year – Datum Phase Change
- Sustainable Refurbishment of the year – Greenhouse, Leeds entered by Citu
- Manufacturer/Supplier of the year – Aggregate Industries
- Sustainable Housing Project of the year – Threshold Centre, Dorset entered by Bruges Tozer Partnership Architects
- Sustainable Project of the year (under 10m) – Bramall Learning Centre, Harrogate entered by The Royal Horticultural Society
- Sustainable Project of the year (over 10m) – Harlequin 1, BSkyB entered by Arup Associates
- Sustainable Leader of the year – David Adams, Zero Carbon Hub
- Sustainable Contractor of the year – Skanska
The winners and the shortlisted entries are currently on display at the Building Centre, 26 Store Street, London, WC1E 7BT. The award winners will be highlighted in the December 3 issue of Building magazine.
