CADsoft is a full-service consulting, training and support provider to AEC professionals who use advanced technology to accurately and productively model and realize their designs.

CADsoft Consulting’s services are sought after by architectural firms, engineering companies, government agencies and academic institutions. With the current trend toward more energy efficient, environmentally friendly, occupant aware building designs, CADsoft customers are looking for ways to quantify the effects of design decisions and choose options that will provide visibility into managing the lifecycle of their facilities. Looking to complete its building information modeling (BIM) offering by providing customers with an integrated solution for managing facilities, CADsoft partnered with FM:Systems for its configurability ease of use, and integration with Autodesk products.

“FM:Systems Web-based facility management solutions meet the current needs of our customers and can easily adapt and grow with an organization to accommodate future requirements,” said Timothy Duncan, President and CEO, CADsoft Consulting. “The products also give us a competitive advantage, providing our customers with the ability to access and analyze facilities, real estate and maintenance information resulting in reduced costs and improved productivity.”

“CADsoft has a proven track record of helping customers to improve accuracy, reduce waste, and make informed decisions earlier in the lifecycle of the building,” said Kurt von Koch, vice president of sales, FM:Systems. “FM:Systems is pleased that CADsoft can extend its BIM offerings with integrated workplace management systems that enable increased visibility and efficiency into an organization’s ongoing facility operations and management.”
