by Brianna Crandall — February 21, 2014—Global commercial real estate services and investment firm CBRE Group announced recently that it has signed a multiyear contract with family-owned global hospitality and travel company Carlson to expand its service offerings to include project management services for select locations in the United States, including the company’s world headquarters.
Carlson currently has more than 1,300 hotels in operation and development and more than 900 restaurants worldwide, including such well-known brands as Quorvus Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson Red, Park Plaza, Park Inn by Radisson, Country Inns and Suites by Carlson, TGI Fridays and Carlson Wagonlit Travel.
CBRE has provided facilities management services for Carlson’s administrative properties in the United States since 1994. The new expanded contract includes project management services, which CBRE says will enable the company to operate efficiently and focus on its core hospitality business.
