CBRE Group tops Lipsey survey of commercial real estate brands

by Brianna Crandall — March 13, 2015—The Lipsey Company, an influential training and professional development firm specializing in commercial real estate, recently released its 14th annual ranking of the top global brands in commercial real estate. CBRE Group, Inc., topped the list again this year. Lipsey has surveyed CRE professionals on their perceptions of the industry’s leading brands since 2001, and CBRE has been ranked number one every year.

In 2015, more than 100,000 U.S. and international professionals participated in the survey, including property owners, investors, lenders, occupiers, brokers and property managers. CRE firms are evaluated on innovation, responsiveness and quality of service.
