by Brianna Crandall — October 28, 2015—CBRE Group has been selected by David’s Bridal to provide transaction management and brokerage services for the retailer’s U.S. retail portfolio. David’s Bridal is said to be the only national bridal retailer, with more than 300 stores across the USA.
CBRE will identify, evaluate and secure retail premises, facilitate lease renewals and provide market analytics for David’s Bridal across the United States. Steven Gartner, an executive vice president in CBRE’s Philadelphia office, will lead the delivery of services.
