The easy-to-install CM180 is a high-resolution day/night camera designed to cope with varying light conditions. It is available with either a 2.3mm or 3.5mm lens to ensure the unit delivers an optimized view regardless of the application.
One of the core applications that Conway’s customers have already identified is elevators, a niche market that has never had a definitive product addressing all its challenges, said the company. The CM180 can be fitted quickly, ensuring lifts are out of action for the minimum period, and provides 100 percent coverage of the elevator.
The CM180 is manufactured from a combination of steel and Acetal, giving it both strength and longevity for demanding environments, says the company. Features such as an easily-replaced Lexan screen and security screws protect the camera from attack. It is available in standard white or a brushed stainless steel finish.
