Diversified Maintenance Systems wins custodial contract with Target for 460 store locations

by Brianna Crandall — July 20, 2011—Diversified Maintenance Systems, a national provider of janitorial and housekeeping services, on July 7 announced that it was selected as janitorial service provider to Target, winning over 460 new store locations nationwide.

In addition, Diversified Maintenance hit several major milestones in 2011, winning contracts with Kohl’s, Home Depot, Pathmark, SuperValu, Best Buy, Ahold, USA and Sears.

In February, Diversified Maintenance rolled out over 500 stores in one day, reportedly hitting the largest single-day rollout ever accomplished. The company went on to add what it calls the largest single customer rollout in janitorial history with its new exclusive Best Buy contract, rolling out 880 new locations in all 50 states.
