Towering over the Dubai Marina skyline, the Tameer Princess Tower is 414m from base to tip and has 107 floors containing a combination of luxury apartments, duplexes, penthouses, shops, car parking spaces, and a host of amenities, including an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a gymnasium, a children’s play area, sauna rooms, and recreational facilities.
The Princess Tower is being constructed on a 37,410-square-foot plot in the exclusive Marina area, and is in walking distance to fashionable shopping and entertainment venues. The residents will enjoy views of either the Arabian Sea, the Palm Island, Jumeirah or the Dubai Marina.
