EnTouch Controls launches support service to help national chains lower energy, maintenance costs

by Shane Henson — October 11, 2013—EnTouch Controls, a provider of energy management systems (EMS) for small businesses and light commercial facilities, announced a new support service, EnTouch 360°, that assists in managing the energy and maintenance costs of restaurants, retail stores, and other small businesses. The service is intended to increase energy efficiency and lowers energy costs for national chains without requiring additions to existing operations staff.

According to EnTouch Controls, the service is a complete package intended to simplify and improve operations across an enterprise. The service include turnkey installation, data analysis, performance diagnostics, and issue ticketing and resolution services to ensure optimal facility performance, rapid resolution of performance issues, and customer comfort and satisfaction.

“Just by installing an EMS, facility managers are making great strides in energy management, but to truly experience the benefit of these systems, managers and their staff must make sense of the data and take action. EnTouch 360° customers get these benefits without adding to their existing staff,” said Greg Fasullo, CEO of EnTouch.

Fasullo added that the EnTouch 360° service connects facilities managers with expert technicians 24/7 who help to remotely troubleshoot and diagnose facilities performance issues. “Many times our alerting system actually detects these issues before employees in the facility, speeding resolution and minimizing the impact on business energy costs,” said Fasullo.
