by Brianna Crandall — January 9, 2013—Etisalat Facilities Management, an independent unit of international telecommunications operator Etisalat, announced that it has selected Wojood Facilities Management, one of the sister companies of the luxury Al Barari project, as a strategic partner. The move is part of Etisalat Facilities Management’s continuous efforts to expand the scope of the company’s work in Dubai and to provide top-quality facilities management.
The partnership agreement states that Etisalat Facilities Management will provide technical support to the Al Barari private villa development including: maintenance and management of private villa facilities, retail facilities, tennis courts and restaurant. It also mentions that Etisalat Facilities Management will also provide mechanical and electrical maintenance, plumbing, air conditioning maintenance, swimming pool maintenance, home automation system maintenance, minor civil and carpentry works, for the Al Barari project.
The duration of this agreement is two years, beginning on the first of January 2013, and the number of villas to be covered by the agreement is about 189 villas. Al Barari extends over an area of 14.2 million square feet. Eighty percent of the project’s land extends on open green gardens. Al Barari comprises 189 luxury villas and is estimated to cost AED 3.2 billion.
Etisalat Facilities Management will utilize the qualified human resources and workforce of Wojood Facilities Management, which aims to provide the best international support services. Etisalat Facilities Management will send a work team to be present at the Wojood FM offices located in the Al Barari project to provide the best service to its residents, investors and businesses that are located in the project.
