by Shane Henson — April 15, 2013—Europa, a U.K.-based support services company delivering integrated building and facilities management services, recently landed a three-year total facilities management (TFM) contract with global insurer RSA.
Per the contract, Europa will provide building management, mechanical and electrical, fabric, project management, help desk, cleaning, hygiene, catering, hospitality, vending, reception, security, porterage, space planning, car parking, grounds maintenance, waste, pest control, and health and safety services.
RSA is one of the world’s leading multinational insurance groups, employing around 23,000 people around the world. The contract covers all of RSA’s offices across the United Kingdom.
