A new Executive Development Program of core courses in the strategic management of Corporate Real Estate (CRe) will be offered through IDRC (International Development Research Council) and launched at the IDRC Florida World Congress in November. A series of five two-day courses held just prior to the conference, the Executive Development Program will address core knowledge required to effectively manage corporate real estate at the strategic level. These courses will also fulfill each of the five competency areas that are required for certification by The Board on Certification for Corporate Real Estate (BCCR). In addition to core courses, a series of day-long leading issue courses will also become part of Executive Development for IDRC. The courses are open to the public.
