by Shane Henson — August 17, 2012—FM Facility Maintenance, a nationwide provider of comprehensive facilities solutions, has added Burger King to the long list of clients using the company’s facilities management services through a contract awarded by Strategic Restaurants Acquisition Company (SRAC). FM Facility Maintenance provides high-quality service in more than 40 trades, and currently manages over 30,000 locations.
Per the contract, FM Facility Maintenance will be responsible for 24/7/365 care of approximately 300 SRAC Burger King locations. The services will include provider management and selection; management of reactive issues; scheduled/preventative maintenance; and project management services. It also includes HVAC, food service/beverage equipment, refrigeration, fire protection, plumbing, electrical, lighting, landscaping, snow plowing/removal, roofing, interior/exterior building, and signage, to name a few.
