Available for authorized Gamewell-FCI distributors, eVance Services enables fire alarm service companies to more effectively test systems and provide building owners with 24/7 access to an assortment of required reports.

Fire alarm control panels are first connected to the Internet via a secure Web portal to enable the system to transfer information directly to a hand-held device, explains the company. Addressable devices or “points” can be quickly tested with the results for each being tracked on the technician’s smartphone or tablet. Non-addressable points can be tracked too, via barcode labels and scanners.
Test reports are compiled simultaneously, allowing the technician to acquire sign-off and e-mail reports to all appropriate building managers before leaving the site. All inspection reports performed through eVance Services are stored securely in the Cloud, making them organized and easily accessible to building managers, notes Gamewell-FCI.
Multiple types of tests and reports can be accomplished through eVance Services, including fire alarm, sprinkler, suppression, and hand portable fire extinguishers, as well as joint commission reports for hospitals and medical facilities.
