by Brianna Crandall — November 27, 2019 — Attune (formerly MicroTek), a provider of corporate event venues, business training classrooms, and managed services around the world, recently announced that the company has expanded its meeting offerings to include full-venue booking options for meetings and corporate events.
Located in the heart of major metropolitan business hubs all around the world, Attune’s premier meeting facilities offer flexible meeting spaces paired with a full suite of all-inclusive meeting services.
The company has been testing full-venue events over the past several months to ensure that the additional features and services continue to provide the best possible meeting experience for attendees.
Full-venue bookings offer meeting hosts the ability to create new, more immersive ways to engage with attendees. With total control over the entire venue, clients can brand the facility with digital displays, posters, banners, and other collateral, allowing attendees to feel like they’re walking into the client’s own venue, points out Attune.
When taking over the entire facility, clients can also host larger group sessions in common areas and hold breakout sessions in the lounge spaces. As the only organization occupying the venue, clients can extend their session to include after-hours networking events and meetings as well.
With this robust, new meeting offering, Attune continues to lead the way in creative event executions that allow companies to host branded events without taking on the expense of operating their own facility.
Beth Becker, meeting services manager at Attune, remarked:
Over the past year, we’ve seen an ever-increasing demand for more immersive, branded experiences at our venues. These events have been such a success for us that we’ve been able to develop a dedicated package around full venue executions. We’re excited to have a cohesive package that will streamline the planning and preparation process for both clients and our own internal teams.
Since 1991, Attune has been a single-source provider of business meeting and training venues, virtual communication solutions, cloud-based labs, and comprehensive professional event planning support services. With nine premier owned-and-operated venues and a multi-tiered partner network of more than 3,000 venues worldwide, Attune says it is equipped to execute any type of corporate event, anywhere in the world.

The company announced its name change earlier this month; the comprehensive rebrand includes a name change, a new logo, updated positioning, and a powerful new website as part of a renewed focus on offering premier corporate event venues and solutions.
The company also recently instituted a new program to significantly reduce the amount of single-use plastic waste produced by its US venues, and announced new, more sustainable food and beverage solutions for venues nationwide.
