by Brianna Crandall — June 14, 2017 — Global outsourcing association IAOP just announced the companies named to its annual Global Outsourcing 100 and World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors lists in a special advertising feature on outsourcing in the June edition of FORTUNE magazine. Although the companies were announced alphabetically in February (see FMLink story), these official lists provide scoring in five categories.
On the new official lists, along with each organization’s name and Web site published, the best companies in each of five judging categories are recognized and highlighted. Companies were judged on five critical characteristics: size and growth; customer references; awards and certifications; programs for innovation; and corporate social responsibility.
The outsourcing service providers named to the 12th annual listing of Global Outsourcing 100 includes companies from around the world providing the full spectrum of outsourcing services. All companies included on the lists demonstrated their global excellence. Stars are awarded for all organizations distinguishing themselves in one or more judging category, with those with scores of “5” or better receiving stars.
Of special note are the companies that earned stars in all five categories: Accenture, Arvato, CBRE, Concentrix, Cushman & Wakefield, EPAM Systems, EXL, HCL Technologies Limited, HGS, ISS, JLL, Pactera, QuintilesIMS, Teleperformance and VirtusaPolaris in The Global Outsourcing 100 list, and Avasant, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Deloitte, EY, Information Services Group (ISG) and KPMG on the World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors list.
In addition, the 2017 Global Outsourcing 100 Sub Lists identify the 5-star providers, companies with sustained excellence, and the top companies in each category.
IAOP recognized the companies named to the lists in February at its 20th annual Outsourcing World Summit in San Antonio, Texas, that brought together hundreds of outsourcing customers, advisors and providers from around the globe to share strategies for success in today’s economy.
