by Shane Henson — January 7, 2013—InsideIQ Building Automation Alliance, an international alliance of independent building automation, energy and security system contractors, has launched a new Web site promoting the organization and its 47 independent member companies. Member companies are chosen for their proven expertise in the design and implementation of facilities and process control systems, systems integration, enterprise security systems, facilities maintenance services, and energy services.
According to the organization, the Web site provides a wealth of information for facilities managers. Users will find complete information about the alliance’s leadership in technology, energy and service solutions, and its business-based approach that focuses on accelerating the customer’s return on investment. A locator map enables users to find the InsideIQ firm in their area, complete with full contact information and a link to the local company’s own Web site.
“While our member companies employ over 4,200 people and generate more than $1.1 billion in annual revenue, each one offers on-the-ground expertise in its local market,” said Mark Balent, president of InsideIQ Building Automation Alliance. “Because InsideIQ companies are independent and manufacturer-agnostic, our members can make quick decisions that are driven by the customer’s needs, not a predetermined marketing agenda.”
