by jbs080210 c5 — August 6, 2010—Property maintenance and energy management company Integral U.K. has won a contract for HVAC services at secure mental health facilities provider Partnerships in Care.
Integral U.K. will provide full heating, ventilation and air conditioning services for Partnerships in Care’s national portfolio of 30 properties, including 20 hospitals, training centers and community facilities.
As well as providing the planned maintenance service through their network of 15 regional offices, Integral will also be providing a 24/7 helpdesk and reactive maintenance service.
