by Rebecca Walker — June 17, 2009—Interior Maintenance Co. (IMC), which specializes in air duct and kitchen exhaust cleaning, mold removal, specialty cleaning, and daily janitorial services, has expanded its commercial Air duct cleaning services to provide for customers nationwide.
Due to increasing demand from key customers, IMC has increased its capacity to service customers throughout the country, and recently completed projects in Florida, Kansas, Ohio and Texas in addition to local projects in New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Pennsylvania.
IMC has extensive experience in providing complete air conveyance system cleaning at small and large facilities including office buildings, hospitals, schools, government institutions, prisons, manufacturing and industrial sites, and other public and private facilities.
IMC is a member of NADCA – The HVAC Inspection, Maintenance and Restoration Association since 1991. NADCA is an internationally recognized organization that set Standards and provides Certification and training for the air duct cleaning industry.
A small group of approximately 1,000 contractors worldwide have obtained certification from NADCA. IMC has served as an integral part of the Association’s growth and IMC employs multiple staff members certified as NADCA Air Systems Cleaning Specialists and Ventilation System Mold Remediators.
All IMC technicians undergo a complete training program including safety training, classroom and video training. Each crew of technicians is supervised by a foreman carefully screened and hired for their unique experience and abilities. Many of IMC’s foremen have background training in a wide variety of industries including asbestos abatement, restoration cleaning, HVAC and Mechanical contracting, construction, and other building maintenance services.
