ISS extends global facility services agreement with HP to 500 sites in 58 countries

by Shane Henson — February 10, 2014—ISS, a global provider of facility services, recently announced the extension of its global agreement with informational technology giant HP (Hewlett-Packard Co.), whereby ISS will deliver integrated facility services (IFS) to the majority of HP sites across the world.

The new contract extends the relationship with HP until the end of 2018. It is one of the biggest global facility services agreements in the industry, notes ISS. As part of the agreement, ISS will continue to deliver IFS to more than 500 HP sites in 58 countries across five continents.

ISS began working with the company in June 2008, when ISS started providing a broad range of services to HP in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The collaboration has been expanded several times. Since late 2010, ISS has been responsible for delivering facility services to HP globally.

“We are proud and honored about our extended agreement with HP, which is a very special customer to ISS,” remarked Jeff Gravenhorst, CEO of ISS. “In 2010, HP became our first major global integrated facility services customer. We have worked hard to build and extend the relationship, to deliver world-class services and to add value to HP’s core business activities.”
