by Shane Henson — August 19, 2013—Global facilities provider ISS announced this week that it has been chosen to deliver integrated facilities services for Nordea, a major financial services group operating in the Nordic and Baltic regions.
The contract covers management and delivery of integrated facilities services to 39 of Nordea’s headquarters buildings in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. ISS says it will provide facilities management, property services, cleaning, catering, security and support services, including mail handling and reception as part of the new contract.
According to ISS, the new partnership is a significant expansion of a long relationship between ISS and Nordea, which started with a local cleaning contract in 1976 in Copenhagen.
