by Shane Henson — February 8, 2013—ISS, global provider of facilities services, has been awarded a major integrated facilities services (IFS) contract with WSP, a global research and technology consulting business, to provide multiple IFS services at several large WSP offices in Sweden.
WSP Sweden has chosen to outsource its entire internal service to ISS, it says. This means that ISS will coordinate and deliver a variety of services such as conference services, cleaning, property maintenance, reception, and switchboard services.
According to ISS, the agreement runs for three years and covers primarily WSP offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malm, Lule and Ume.
“It feels great to be shown this vote of confidence by WSP,” said Ola Gunnarsson, director at ISS. “It is a complex task where we really get to take advantage of our breadth, both in terms of expertise and geography. Customer priorities regarding cooperation, commitment and innovation are something we share, and we look forward to a value partnership.”
