by Brianna Crandall — June 1, 2016 — The ISS Sweden branch of global facilities services provider ISS Group has just signed a new integrated FM services contract with multinational construction and development company Skanska, based in Sweden.
The facilities management contract is a continuation of an already strong strategic partnership in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö, Sweden. The contract commences December 1, 2016, and spans four years, with the opportunity of an extension by 12 months at a time.
ISS Sweden has provided FM services to Skanska Sweden since 2013. The continued cooperation strengthens ISS’ position in Sweden in the integrated facility services segment.
The service delivered to Skanska includes a service center, reception, security, conference services, mail maintenance, janitorial services, restaurants, a café, cleaning, drinks, fruit, waste management, and internal property maintenance.
With the renewed partnership, ISS Sweden and Skanska engage in a contract that is said to involve high transparency. The aim of the agreement is a long-term partnership that will contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction among Skanska’s employees and their customers, with a focus on the continuous development of service delivery.
