by Brianna Crandall — May 17, 2013—ISS Sweden has won the contract to deliver a complete set of integrated facilities services (IFS) to Skanska’s new offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malm. Skanska is a leader in developing the office of the future, offering development, construction and property services around the world.
ISS Sweden’s contract with Skanska covers the company’s new global headquarters on Kungsholmen in Stockholm and the offices in Malm and Gothenburg. The agreement includes the integrated delivery of 20 different services for the activity-based workplaces such as interior building maintenance, security, reception, restaurant, cafe, conference services, service center, local planning, cleaning and janitorial services and more.
