by Brianna Crandall — July 30, 2014—ISSA, The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association, has released its 2014 ISSA Employee Compensation Report, which provides a detailed review of compensation and benefit programs for 2,000 distributors in more than 30 trade associations. The report also provides information on operating employee wages, management compensation, benefit packages, bonuses, and perks.
Due to the extensive sample in this study, readers will be provided with a wide range of information on compensation not only for the cleaning industry, but also broken out into 20 sales volume categories from under $1 million to over $250 million, and over 100 geographic areas (including 50 metro markets). Volume 1 covers “ISSA Results,” and Volume 2 covers “Cross-Industry Results.”
