The new ones cover spot carpet care, how to have an impact on the workplace, and training programs.

ISSA-TV: Carpet Care on the Spot

In the latest free ISSA-TV video, carpet care experts Darrell Hagan and Chris Hix explain how to tackle common carpet woes such as dropped gum or spilled coffee or soda to make sure cleaning methods are always “spot-on.” Darrell Hagan is manager, product care, and Chris Hix is a product care specialist at Shaw Industries in Dalton, GA.

ISSA-TV: Bring the Flame Thrower Every Day

In the free video for the week of February 11, employee training and development expert Jim Knight addresses those who aspire to make an impact on their workplace and co-workers, and explains how employees at all levels of the organization have the power to light up the room or go down in flames. A training and development veteran for more than three decades, Jim Knight is a nationally recognized speaker and consultant. A portion of his speaking proceeds goes to Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign to eliminate childhood hunger in the United States.

ISSA-TV: Training Programs to Get the Job Done Right

In the Quick Clip for the week of January 28, Procter and Gamble Professional’s Michael Kupenski and Steve Kovacs ask, “How well are you and your staff really trained?” and reveal some of the best free and low-cost training opportunities available in the industry—and how they can help increase efficiencies, save money, and instill pride in employees from the top down. Michael Kupneski and Steve Kovacs are global research and development section heads at Procter and Gamble Professional.
