If you want to make restroom cleaning easier and reduce the risk of breakage or injury, see what’s behind these back-lit mirrors

by Brianna Crandall — January 24, 2018 — JESCO Lighting Group recently introduced rectangular, wall-mounted Back-Lit Mirrors in two factory-standard, energy-conserving illumination choices: light-emitting diodes (LEDs) or T5 linear fluorescent light sources. Both are designed to provide abundant white light at very low wattage, with a long, maintenance-free operating life; the Back-Lit Mirror models with LEDs have an average 50,000-hour lamp life, and the average life for the T5 linear fluorescents is 20,000 hours.

Light placement behind the mirror is designed to make cleaning easy and to eliminate damage, breakage or injury typical to exposed light sources. With a minimalist design, these wall-mounted mirrors provide high functionality and pleasing aesthetics. Special glazing and diffusion of the glass also make light output more effective, with evenly distributed white light creating a harmonious effect, and provide visual image clarity.

The Back-Lit Mirrors are offered in three sizes and two styles, with either rectangular cut-outs or two vertical cut-outs. The LEDs or T5 linear fluorescents surround mirrored surfaces and are unseen behind white translucent glass borders.

JESCO has the ability to customize each mirror for use with any of its DLFLEX LED strips to meet any needs. Choices range from standard to high light output, with color temperatures from 2700 to 6000K, as well as color-changing RGB. JESCO also has the ability to produce a color-tunable mirror that can tune white light from 2700K up to 6000K, tailoring light to match the mood for the planned event that day.
