by Brianna Crandall — October 25, 2010—Jonathan Nehmer + Associates (JN+A), recently announced that it has been selected as the project manager for the renovation of the St. Regis Aspen Resort in Aspen, Colorado.
The St. Regis Aspen is currently undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation. JN+A is overseeing the transformation of the hotel’s 179 guestrooms as well as the lobby, restaurant, meeting areas, pool and terraces, fitness center, spa and retail areas.
The St. Regis Aspen was recently acquired by 315 East Dean Associates Inc., which is being represented by Bangkok-based OptAsia Capital Company and Wave Hospitality Advisors LLC, and managed by Starwood Hotels and Resorts.
