Founded in 1870, Stevens Institute of Technology is a premier, private research university located in Hoboken, New Jersey. Comprised of three schools and one college, the university is home to more than 6,100 undergraduate and graduate students, and 350 faculty members.
Through its Affinity Program, Just Energy will provide customized natural gas, electricity and green energy products to current Stevens students and family members, employees, and the local community, as well as alumni via the alumni association. According to the company, its Affinity Program is ideal for schools and community centers, as well as mid to large-size businesses.
Just Energy says it will also introduce its carbon offset initiative, JustGreen Lifestyle. The program offers the Stevens community unique solutions to reduce their environmental footprint through carbon offsets generated from green project facilities across North America. Just Energy says that its simple, convenient product options will help the university pursue a carbon-free campus and offset its greenhouse gas emissions, as well as help individuals reduce their own personal carbon footprint resulting from their everyday energy consumption.
