by AF0522 g3 — May 26, 2010—Keilhauer has introduced Run, a task chair designed by Justus Kolberg that has all the features of a fully adjustable ergonomic chair, without the expensive price tag, says the company.
Starting at a list price of $520, Run has an upholstered seat and can be configured with three backrest styles: mesh, upholstered, plastic. The arms are 2D and 4D adjustable and can be ordered with height and width adjustments, or with height, width, depth and pivot adjustments; as well as fixed cantilevered and sculptural loop arms.
All Run chairs have adjustable seat depth and seat height and backrest tilt position and tension adjustments. An optional adjustable lumbar support and a headrest round out the chairs features.
“We are so excited to add this chair to our task seating product offering,” says Mike Keilhauer, president of the company. “The kind of support and adjustability that this chair has is unheard of at this price point, yet we confidently offer our standard ten-year warranty, knowing that Run meets our rigorous Keilhauer quality standards. We have even included our T1-L5 Free Shoulders technology into the upholstered backrest.”
This technology provides support to the entire spine, from thoracic through the lumbar region, and releases the user from the unhealthy “hunched-shoulder” position that is an all too common result of prolonged keyboarding or mousing.
